Introductions and Footers appear within the Cash Compensation and Benefits Summary sections.
They provide consistent guidance across all employee statements to help interpret and understand the information presented. These messages are standardized and appear the same for every employee.
They have been pre-populated for you. Review and update them based on your organization’s voice and communication needs.
📑Modify the Introduction and Footers:
- Go to Content.
- Select Introductions and Footers from the dropdown.
- Click into each message box to edit the text (see screenshots below).
- Click Save.
📌 Note: Update the default Introduction and Footer text to reflect your organization’s messaging.
