What are Promotions?
Promotions are emails sent to employees through the portal. For best success, send promotions Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Pre-Launch - is the first promotion email to be sent 2 - 5 days prior to Launch. This promotion creates awareness to employees and sets expectations that their online statement will be available soon.
Go Live - is the launch email with link to employees own statement to access their account, create their password and view their statement.
Follow Up - promotion sent a week after launch to employees who have not viewed their statement yet. You can send 3 or more reminder emails with one week interval on alternating days
